B3 Gymnastics Program - BFR Training

(4 Day Training Cycle)

Day 1 – Dynamic Legs Circuit + Core Exercise Circuit
Day 2 – Upper Body Circuit + Core Exercise Circuit
Day 3 – Static Legs Circuit + Core Exercise Circuit
Day 4 - Aerobic Conditioning
Day 5 - Rest

B3 Gymnastics Circuit Exercises – Link to Exercise Guide

Aerobic Conditioning (1-2x a week)
- Do an aerobic activity wearing the leg bands.
- You choose the activity: Elliptical, Bike, Stairs, Treadmill, Jogging
- The goal is to hit at least 5 minutes of feeling a light to moderate burn in your leg muscles
